Ceroc/Ski Trip to Mt Ruapehu at Arlberg Ski Lodge

Overnight accommodation plus dinner, bed & breakfast is available Sunday & Monday nights, plus an optional extra night on Tuesday 24^th, at ARLBERG SKI CLUB situated on the loop road on the Whakapapa ski field. There is car parking either directly in front of the lodge or in designated overnight park areas. Arrive anytime Sunday, although rooms will not be available until mid afternoon subject to how busy the weekend has been. However you can store all your gear at the lodge & go skiing. Depart any time Tuesday, or Wednesday.

Sleeping is in 6 bunk bedrooms, please bring all your own bedding requirements & pillow cases. Remember it can get very cold on the mountain although the lodge is cosy & warm. Bring any nibbles & beverages you like to indulge in. All will be expected to help out with duties during our stay. i.e.: Helping with food preparation, cooking, dishes, cleaning etc, etc.

Most important of all is that we can dance there!! Simon will have his iPod, but if you want to bring your own favourites please do so. If anyone wants to car pool please let Simon know & he will put you in touch with like minded people. It should be a great 2+ days of skiing & dancing. What more could you want!!

Ski trip cancellation & Deposit policy

A holding deposit of $50 is required to secure a place on the trip

The following cancellation table is part of the agreement and must be attached when signing the booking form for all ski trips.

The signee is liable for penalty fees upon cancellation of their trip,

subject to the time it is advised:

From 17^th July - 29^th July - 75% is refundable.

From 30^th July - 5^th Aug - 50% is refundable.

From 6^th Aug onwards - No refund.

All of the above is void if you have a replacement to take your spot.
